    8 Days Tangier to Marrakech Itinerary

    Our expert driver/guide will meet you at Tangier Airport or Port, depending on your flight arrival time, and transfer you to your hotel. You’ll have free time to explore Tangier before an overnight stay. (B)

    Around 8:00 AM, we will pick you up from your hotel to begin our 8 Days Morocco Tangier to Marrakech Exploration. We’ll head towards Chefchaouen via the Rif Mountains, passing through stunning landscapes, forests, fields, and rivers. Upon reaching the charming blue city of Chefchaouen, you’ll have free time to explore, followed by an overnight stay in a Riad. (B)

    After a delicious breakfast at the riad, our 8 Days Morocco Tangier to Marrakech continues towards Volubilis, passing through Ouazan and other Rif villages. In Volubilis, we’ll explore the Roman ruins and dive into Morocco’s rich history. Next, we’ll drive to the historic city of Meknes, where we’ll stop for lunch and explore the medina’s ancient walls, Bab El Mansour, In addition the beautiful Moulay Ismail Gardens. Move forward to Fes for the overnight. (B)

    Continue your Tour. You’ll go on a guided day trip to explore Fes, the cultural capital and one of the most well-preserved medieval Islamic cities in the world. Enter through Bab Ftouh and discover the Andalusian district, admiring the exterior of its mosque. Continue through the tanning, dyeing, and copperworking neighborhoods to the Seffarine square. Then, visit the University of Al-Karaouine, home to Africa’s oldest mosque. Pause at the mausoleum of Idris I, the founder of Fes, and visit the beautiful Nejjarine Place, known for its famous fountain.

    In the afternoon, continue exploring the medina, stopping at the iconic Bab Boujloud, also known as the “blue gate” of Fes. Optional visit to the Attarine Medersa before touring the city’s ramparts and stopping at Borj Norj for a spectacular view of the medina. Discover the ancient Jewish quarter and see the exterior of the Royal Palace. Visit the pottery district, In addition head to an artisanal complex on the outskirts of the city before returning to your riad to conclude the tour. (B)

    Our 8 Days Tangier to Marrakech tour begins with a journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains. The day will be spent driving through scenic cedar forests, rugged rock formations, and traditional Berber villages as we make our way toward the Sahara Desert. We will stop for lunch along the route and visit Midelt, known for its fossils and geological features.

    Continuing our adventure, we will drive along mountain roads with stunning views of the Ziz Valley. As we pass through impressive kasbahs and lush palm groves, we will arrive at the adobe-colored city of Errachidia. In the late afternoon, we will reach Merzouga, a town on the edge of the Sahara. You’ll have free time to explore Merzouga, For instance take a walking tour of the village, meet locals, and enjoy optional desert activities For instance ATV or Buggy adventures. (D.B)

    we’ll go on a Merzouga Sahara Desert adventure, exploring the fascinating desert surroundings. Our first stop will be to visit the Nomads, who still live a simple life in tents, raising camels, goats, and sheep. We’ll spend some time learning about their lifestyle. Next, we’ll head to the Mifiss Plumb Mine.

    Continuing our 4WD Morocco Sahara tour, we’ll drive to Khamlia, a small village just 5 km from Merzouga. Here, we’ll enjoy the unique culture of the Gnaouas, who maintain their traditional way of life. We’ll also explore other interesting sites, including a panoramic view of Galb Nass, the 4WD Car Museum, and the desert oases. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

    In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy a camel ride across the Erg Chebbi Dunes to a desert camp in the Sahara. Upon arrival, you’ll have the opportunity to try sandboarding while taking in the sunset. You’ll spend the night glamping in a Sahara desert camp with Berber hosts, who will serve a traditional dinner and play drums around the campfire. Enjoy stargazing before heading to your private desert tent for the night. (D.B)

    On Day 7 of our desert Trip, you’ll wake up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. After breakfast and a shower at the camp, you’ll either ride camels or take a 4WD jeep (optional) back to Merzouga desert village. We’ll continue our journey through the Moroccan desert towards Ouarzazate, stopping in Rissani to visit its traditional market, the largest in southern Morocco. From there, we’ll drive through Alnif, Tazarine, and the stunning Draa Valley, known for its vast palm tree oases, and visit the Amridil Kasbah. In addition we’ll arrive in Ouarzazate and enjoy an overnight stay in a charming riad. (D.B)

    On the final day of our 8 Days Morocco Tangier to Marrakech Exploration, we’ll visit the renowned Kasbah of Taourirt. After traveling 27 km, we’ll reach Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This iconic location has served as the backdrop for many Hollywood movies, including “Lawrence of Arabia,” “Gladiator,” “Kingdom of Heaven,” and “Prince of Persia,” among others. The Kasbahs showcase the stunning and unique Moroccan architecture and culture. After exploring the Kasbah, After that, we’ll continue our journey through the High Atlas Mountains, passing through the Tichka Pass, which will lead us to Marrakech, marking the end of our 8 Days tour from Tangier to Marrakech.  (B)
